Peter C. Duprey

President and CEO

Previously, Peter served as president and chief executive officer at Acciona Energy North America, and led Acciona Energy's dramatic growth in wind development and operations; turbine manufacturing; and solar in North America. Prior to joining Acciona, he was general manager of marketing for GE Energy's wind business and he led GE Energy's business development efforts in renewable energy, including the acquisition of Enron Wind. Peter also spent 6 years with GE Capital in various finance, M&A and quality positions. His early career included business development and financial management positions at Eastman Kodak and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York.

Stephanie Kushner

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Stephanie brings more than 30 years of accounting and finance experience to managing all financial aspects of Broadwind and our companies. That experience includes a her track record of C-level global business leadership encompassing corporate finance, controllership and treasury across domestic and international divisions, subsidiaries and corporate headquarters. Prior to joining us in August 2009, Stephanie was the chief financial officer for publicly traded global manufacturer Federal Signal Corp. for six years. Before that, she held several global finance leadership positions with FMC Corporation, and she began her career with Amoco Corp. Stephanie holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a bachelor's degree in economics from Douglass College at Rutgers University.

Jess Collins

Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Jess is leading Broadwind's operational initiatives, especially continuous improvement across our platform of wind-focused companies. He was previously group president at Broadwind, leading the Company's wind turbine tower and logistics subsidiaries. He joined Broadwind in August 2008 as vice president of heavy manufacturing and transportation services. Prior to this, Jess was president of wind tower manufacturer Trinity Structural Towers, Inc. and previously served as president of Trinity Containers, LLC, the largest propane container manufacturer in North America. He began his career with Wayne, Pennsylvania-based Triumph Group, an aerospace flight control surface manufacturer. Jess holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. He has been a member of both the American Wind Energy Association and the National Propane Gas Association.

J.D. Rubin

Vice President and General Counsel

J.D. joined Broadwind in the summer of 2008 as our vice president and general counsel. He coordinates and provides leadership in addressing all the legal aspects at Broadwind. Prior to joining Broadwind, J.D. was at Barack, Ferrazzano, Kirschbaum & Nagelberg LLP, a Chicago law firm, where he specialized in corporate and securities law. J.D. earned his undergraduate degree in political science and environmental studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and his law degree from the Northwestern University School of Law.
